Cloud Bread!

If you are looking for a No Carb Bread substitue that is actually quite tasty then this is the perfect Recipe for you!  Make sure you follow the recipe just right taking note of the separating of the yoke and egg whites.....  I did not and had to throw out my first set of egg whites!

Makes 12 servings

4 Eggs Separated

4oz of 1/4 low fat Cream Cheese

1/4 teaspoon of Cream of Tartar

Preheat oven to 300*

Place the egg whites and cream of tartar in one mixing bowl.  If you are using a hand mixer beat the egg whites first until fluffy and peaks are formed

Next beat your Egg Yokes and Cream Cheese until Smooth

Once they are smooth you will want to gently FOLD in the yoke to the whites.  Do not beat them in or you will ruin and break down your egg whites.  Gently scrape down the sides and fold in til mixed appropriately.

Next spray a cookie sheet with oil or lay down parchment paper so the clouds do not stick to the pan.

Place clouds in the oven for 30 mins until golden brown.  Let cool on a wire rack.  Once cooled you can store in a ziplock bag.  I keep mine in the fridge.  You can even freeze them.   Use them as buns for sammiches or whatever you choose!  Hope you ENJOY!!!
